The five clusters of Diabetes is an extremely complex and diverse group of diseases in which there are five interconnected parts. They can all be diagnosed using the same tests and work out as a coherent whole. If the symptoms you’re experiencing are one of these clusters, then it is time to get professional medical advice. However, if you’re a Type I Diabetic, you will have to educate yourself on what precisely the five clusters are and what exactly it is you’re suffering from.

Diabetes is divided into three groups based on the symptoms that are experienced by the patient. These are the classic Diabetes, the Type I Diabetes and Type II Diabetes. The Classic Diabetes is when the body produces too much insulin, which is the hormone responsible for bringing glucose into cells. If you produce too much insulin, the cells will not absorb glucose as well as they should. This will lead to increased levels of blood sugar and could even result in kidney failure if not treated.

To alleviate this, your doctor will require that you have insulin treatment for a period of time to help the body absorb and store more glucose. However, if this is too long of a period for you to endure and you have trouble controlling your blood sugar levels, then you may need to have insulin injections. There are also options where you can get the insulin treatments through IV drips, and you will need to go to the hospital for blood work and checkups periodically.

Type I Diabetes

The Type I Diabetes is when the body is unable to use insulin properly. Instead of allowing the body to send insulin into the bloodstream, the body instead multiplies the blood sugar in the blood and sends it back into the bloodstream. Type I Diabetes is usually brought on by complications in the pancreas, where the pancreas is no longer able to function correctly. This can occur in your teenage years or even in your late teens or early twenties.

Once a person develops this type of Diabetes, there is often associated with it a poor diet that is full of processed carbohydrates that is filled with refined sugars and very little healthy fats. Excess sugar intake can cause many other problems, including weight gain, cholesterol build-up, and an insulin-resistant state. The body will eventually have to slow down the activity of its insulin production to be able to handle the glucose that has been thrown into the bloodstream.

For this reason, insulin shots are commonly prescribed to patients who have Type I Diabetes. However, for some people, having the injection shots is more problematic, and they require a more natural approach to treating their disease.

Type II Diabetes

The other type of Diabetes is Type II Diabetes, which is caused by either a genetic disposition or genetic problems in the pancreas. The pancreas is the organ responsible for breaking down the sugar found in carbohydrates. It is the job of the pancreas to remove the glucose from the bloodstream into the bloodstream, thus allowing for better absorption of nutrients in the body. With Diabetes, the pancreas is unable to perform this task efficiently, which causes your body not to have the proper ability to process glucose appropriately.

With the onset of Type I Diabetes and Type II Diabetes, the entire process of Diabetes becomes much more difficult. However, the various treatments available can help you overcome this difficulty and get back to a healthy lifestyle.
