You’ve probably heard of self-suggestion and , but do you understand what they are? Autosuggestion, which is also known as self-suggestion and both have a purpose, which is to help us make better decisions, and have better lives. Self-suggestion and are all about making self-suggestions and helping people to make better choices.

When we ask someone to use their own words as part of possible guidance, we are tapping into their unique communication system, not merely appealing to their sense of being. We’re empowering the individual and allowing them to live their dreams and goals.

Direct counseling is sometimes the best approach to such a situation. In this kind of therapy, you work directly with the client, who, by the way, knows very well that you know what you’re doing, and this helps keep them more in control.

Another excellent approach is by helping people to create recommendations, which could just be a simple short story or inspirational quote. Sometimes, writing down some words of encouragement can help people decide on a course of action or perhaps will encourage them to pursue that course of action.

To work with this kind of counseling, we should start by helping people see the bad things in life that are going in the wrong direction. It may be helpful for them to write down a few quotes that they like that have something to do with such things.

We could then be able to suggest that such things are woven into their potential guidance. In this way, they can identify the ways that these things are affecting their future and learn how to control those things. The good news is that it doesn’t matter what they see, say, or hear, and this may not be true for others. As long as they can experience genuine appreciation for what they are experiencing, it will work for them, because that’s what they need most.

Think about how many times you were told that you were born to achieve your dreams and goals, and they just go on to say to you that your dreams and goals will never come true because you don’t have what it takes. This is a significant amount of stress.

But, if they could have listened to such advice, they would have saved themselves untold amounts of heartache and effort, because they would have seen and understood that it takes a lot more than intelligence and power to achieve success. They would have concluded that they didn’t have to be born into a particular situation.

But then, if you think about it, what would happen if people would learn to appreciate the good fortune that they were given and see how they are in control of their destiny? Then, they could set goals and dreams and be comfortable with whatever happens.

This is why people need to learn and practice the art of self-suggestion and . It’s effortless to begin this form of therapy and can have beautiful results. If they just try it once, they can see that it’s working very well for them.

What exactly Auto-Suggestion / Self-Suggestion is?

or means the idea or thought that you give to yourself, which you feel and believe, by which your physical and mental state along with your life are also influential, which you give yourself as and visualization.

What is Visualization ?

Visualization means to see and feel what you want with confidence in your mind, several times a day. That means to imagine that thing being happening or accomplishing. Incredible results are seen when and visualization are done together.

How Auto-Suggestion works ?

To understand how autosuggestion works, first of all, we have to understand how our brain works. There are two parts of our brain. The Conscious Mind is like a door from which any goods or things can be brought or carried, and the Subcontinent Mind is like a room where the goods or things are brought by the door. Similarly, we receive information from Conscious Mind and store it in Mind, and this information is extracted into the Conscious Mind by Mind if needed. In the mind, we solve our problems according to the recording of store information.


Suppose you have to make a dish, first, you decide it in your Conscious Mind, visualize it and then your Mind takes over the work ahead and act as an expert guide because you have already put that recipe or pattern in your mind.

But the mind has a weakness that it is not able to differentiate between real and fake. That is, if you do some work in real, then by doing it again and again, it gets saved in the mind and after practice, you can do that work easily without thinking.

But if you visualize an experiment several times a day, the mind thinks that it is real and takes it and the same result it reflects as in the above example, and it affects your reality.

If you want to change something in your life very easily, then you have to follow the instruction manual, which is something like this:


Henry Ford says “if you think you can or you think you can’t, you are right” it means if you think that you can do something, then you are right and if you thing are incapable to do that, then you are right again. Our Believes create our reality. If you are using autosuggestion without then it will not work for you at all. In this condition you are confusing your Mind by sending a false signal to your brain and because of this your Mind does not allow that information to be entered.

2. Feelings

The mind reacts to emotion and hence you have to do autosuggestion with a full feeling. It will never work by reading the text or just visualizing the experiment.

3. Repetition

You should practice the experiment three to four times a day. If you practice the experiment before sleeping at night, then it is much more effective than the rest of the time, because at night when we perform the experiment and then go to sleep, our Conscious Mind also falls asleep, but our mind works consistently without any resistance.


Always make the s in a positive sentence only. As an example, if you want to reduce obesity and you say in your that “I want to lose my fat” then your mind will increase your obesity. So instead of that phrase, use this “I am becoming slim” and your mind will reduce your obesity. This is because, suppose if someone tells you not to think about the dog, then you will definitely think only about the dog.

5. Present Continuous Tenses

Try to say the sentence of your in present continuous tenses as possible. If a person is ill and he says that “I am healthy”, then the mind will consider him a lie, but if that person says “I am becoming healthy” instead, the mind will get the message that he is in the process of being healthy. , And the mind will begin to believe in it. And when the mind catches something, it turns it into reality. The future tense is not to be used at all in the experiment.
